2024 Youth Conference Registration

Register now for the 2024 Cartersville Stake Youth Conference!

When: June 13, 2024 - June 15, 2024
Drop-Off Time: June 13th, 4:00pm-4:30pm
Pick-Up Time: June 15th, 9:30am-10:00am
Where: Pine Acres Retreat | 3963 Bartow Carver Rd, Acworth GA 30102
Who: All Youth ages 14-18 (or turning 14 this year). Graduating Seniors may attend if desired.
Cost: FREE!
Registration Closes: June 1, 2024
Additional Information:
Young Women: The YW will be staying in cabins and should bring a sleeping bag and a pillow.
Young Men: The YM will be sleeping in small tents in a separate area.
Drop-off and Pick-up opportunities will be limited.
Youth that do not want to spend the night may be dropped off between 8am-9am and picked up between 9pm and 10pm.

I give permission for my child/youth to participate in the event and activities listed above (unless noted) and authorize the adult leaders supervising this event to administer emergency treatment to the above-named participant for any accident or illness and to act in my stead in approving necessary medical care. This authorization shall cover this event and travel to and from this event.
The participant is responsible for his or her own conduct and is aware of and agrees to abide by Church standards, camp, or event safety rules and other pertinent instructions. Participants’ conduct and interactions should abide by Church standards and exemplify Christlike behavior.
Parents and participants should understand that participation in an activity is not a right but a privilege that can be revoked if they behave inappropriately or if they pose a risk to themselves or others.
